you dont need it. nubs only use it.
Curvemaker is really a bad way to go about something that will, with a little effort, end up the same way.
If you are so desperate though that you need it, just google search it.
Unless you are so unwilling to do anything you need a google searchmaker to do it for you.

curve maker isnt a actual tool. it would be like this...
1............2
3............4
5............6
and u would draw a line 1-6 then 3-6 then 5-6 then 5-4 then 5-2 except with alot more numbers and farther apart and it would turn out in a smooth curve. it would be better just to draw a curve by ur self instead of this.
gdog7 is right. A lot of nonsense is going around about a "curvemaker". This is noob talk. There is no curve maker, and those trying to tell you there is are scamming you. They way professionals like TechDawg do it is like gdog7 says: a lot of tiny lines with minute differences in angles. When you play it, the motion blurs it, and it looks like a perfect curve. It takes practice, but really isn't that hard.
