Proper Way of putting Movies on YouTube
I'm not putting Stickmanman down in any way, but there are many better recording tutorials. There aren't better uploading to youtube tuts, but there are better actual recording tutorials.
Chih, the best recorder ever XD (seriously) made a tutorial. It worked for EVERYONE! I just made a few changes to make it better, and EVERYONE loves it. It also made the super tutorials on linerider.org!
It even advertises using the online version, not the illegal version

I'm SUGGESTING that you replace the actual recording part of the above with this tutorial, that Chih and I made, or by simply putting on the bottom something along the lines of "Other Recording Tutorials"
Also, Hypercam produces better quality, and is easier to use/ download- ask anyone.

CHAPTER 2
Recording.
This is based off of Chih's...
Things you need:
Registered Hypercam2. You can get it here: mediafire.com/?8l1nydbmdxa
Knowledge of .sols
What to do:
First of all, make a track 
Now, Set hypercam like this:
You can get the xvid codec here:

for windows and mac
Now, click Configure this compressor. Drag the thing to 4.
OPTIONAL
Thanks to Halostar for telling me this:
Now, your going to need to press CTRL + ALT + DEL, click the Processes tab, and find either IEXPLORER.exe, or firefox.exe, and right click it. Go to "Set Priority" and set it to Real Time.

When your done with that, your gonna need to go to official-linerider.com/play.html
Just draw a few squiggles and save.
Now, go to Start > Search
Click all files and folders.
Make sure to have this checked:
In the search box, type this EXACTLY. Even keep the capital: savedLines.sol
Now, let it search. When its done, find the one thats in the online version's folder.
Right click, and click open containing folder.
Then, in that folder, delete that .sol.
Now, go to the standalone .sol folder. Right click the .sol your gonna record, and click copy.
Now, back in the online .sol folder, (it should be blank)
Right click, and click paste.
Now, go back to official-linerider.com/play.html
When there, your tracks should be there. Open hypercam back up, and click select window.
A black square should go around linerider, and then click again.
Press F2, and it will be recording. As soon as you click play on linerider, press M to start recording in slow-mo. Now, just wait till its done, edit it, and upload to youtube. ENJOY!
NOTE:
If its recording too fast, adjust the playback to 25.
CHAPTER 3
While recording.
now press play on Linerider, and if you're using cheat engine, it should be much slower. after the track has been done playing, click the blue box on camstudio. NOW ITS RECORDED!!! save it, (with .avi at the end) wait til its done saving and close camstudio. close cheat engine.
Chapter 4
making it into a movie.
now if you have windows movie maker, use that. if you don't, theres nothing i can do 
. now, go to wmm and go to "import video." (1) select the recording, and drag it into the movie.
you can go to "edit my movie" and add affects, a title, etc. (2)
IMPORTANT
ONCE YOU'RE DONE WITH THE MOVIE, click "save to my computer," NOT "Save as." "save to my computer" should be in the "finish movie" (3) section. save it, THERES THE YOUTUBE FILE.
CHAPTER 5
YOUTUBE!!!!!
now make an account on youtube if you haven't allready. go to "my account" and "upload new video." it'll ask for a title, discription, tags, etc. do all that and go to next. now, you need the file. go to brouze and select the "SAVE TO MY COMPUTER" file. now you wait... and....
WALA!!!!! (or Viola, lol)
the track is now on youtube, once it's done processing, it should be public! now you can save it on this site!

isnt there an issue of legallity by distributing a payed for program over the internet freely
from what I understand camstudio is perfectly legal to download since the source was released under the gpl and you can share it with everyone without a lawsuit and modify it to suit your needs and share those modifications
but you placed a link to the registered Hypercam
which from what I saw was like 30.00 Bucks
on from what I understand was the main site
I would suggest removing the hypercam tutorial because you "Could" have legal trouble
(of course I am not a lawyer I just figured I should mention that)

Hypercam2 uses a small little "Hypercam2" logo in the top left of every video you record. If you pay for it, that little logo will be gone along with a couple of dandy features. It is perfectly legal, don't worry. 
Yes I know that there is a free version
but it seems to me this is not the free version provided in that link in the tutorial but rather the registored version or a free version that has been hacked to remove the logo on the side

BTW, take Shadow's advice. HC2 OWNS CamStudio. You get far more control over your recordings.
Fraps is a no-no. The flash player is software rendered, FRAPS needs DirectX input to record.
Also, if anyone at inXile would think, Cheat Engine doesn't actually WORK on Vista. Use Shadow's technique, or any HC2 technique. It will actually work for you.
(At that guy who thinks it's illegal, it is. But who gives a rat's ass?

*Your track (obviously)
*Camstudio. To download this, go to http://www.camstudio.org (There are no viruses)
*Cheat Engine (Optional) Download here: http://www.cheatengine.org/CheatEngine53.exe (no Viruses)
CHAPTER 2
Recording.
Now if you have Cheat Engine, the track will be smoother and have less "Lag." So it's suggested. IF you have cheat engine, bring it to your desktop. Same with Camstudio.
Open up linerider.com (or whatever you use)
Cheat engine part 1
(only use this step if you have cheat engine) and open Cheat engine. Click the colored computer on the top left.
it'll bring a list.
Scroll to the bottom and it'll have a few options, like: "Firefox.exe, iexplorer.exe." if you're using internet explorer, click iexplorer. if you're using firefox, click firefox. if you're using something else, look for something with a similar name.
Cheat Engine Part 2:
now if you have the correct file selected, press okay and cheat engine will have a window up. near the middle right it'll have a box called "speed hack." CLICK IT!
it'll show "Speed" and "Sleeptime." In the "Speed box" type ".5" and press "set speed." you are now done with Cheat engine so move it down.
CONTINUING (even if you didnt use cheat engine, go to this step.)
NOW YOU RECORD!
if your track is ready and open, open up Camstudio. it should open up a little box. first click "region" on the top and then click "region" in the option box. Now, press the red circle. it'll give a little curser used to set the cordinates of the video. drag it so it the blinking box is around the linerider screen.
CHAPTER 3
While recording.
now press play on Linerider, and if you're using cheat engine, it should be much slower. after the track has been done playing, click the blue box on camstudio. NOW ITS RECORDED!!! save it, (with .avi at the end) wait til its done saving and close camstudio. close cheat engine.
